Woah, this has been an interesting year for everyone in the world. It has indeed been an eventful year for us here at mybjjdunedin. At the start of this year, we finished renovations to the dojo. During our two grading days of the year, we had several new coloured belts promotions with three of our teens receiving their blue belts. At the competitions, some of our members placed 1st and 2nd in national competitions. Overall, we successfully completed competitions and gradings. This year we have gained new members who are dedicated, mature and progressing really well in their journey in Jiu-Jitsu, we are very proud of you!

myBJJ Dunedin Plans for Lockdown Level 2
Thanks to the people who paid their subs over the COVID-19 enforced closure. It helps us to pay the lease. We plan to restart classes when level 2 is declared. We will restart with reduced days until things pick up. Attached is a survey which is an opportunity to be involved in deciding which days we should open:

Changes
Please take note of the improvements and changes we have made around the gym, especially the new locations for the male and female changing rooms.
We have also changed the timetable for kids. Saturday classes have moved to the afternoon!
Mon, Wed, Fri: 4:00pm Littles, 4:30pm Middles, 5:15pm Teens
Saturday: 2:00pm Littles, 2:30pm Middles, 3:15pm Teens
We’re still offering striking/MMA after each of the kids’ classes. 10 minutes for little and middle kids, 15 minutes for teens.
